सोलापूर,दि.11: सोलापूर जिल्ह्यात कलम 36, 38चे आदेश लागू करण्यात आले आहेत. सोलापूर जिल्हयात दिनांक 15 ते 24 ऑक्टोबर 2023 या कालावधीत नवरात्र उत्सव साजरा होत आहे. तसेच दि. 28 ऑक्टोबर 2023 रोजी कोजागिरी पौर्णिमा येत आहे. या पार्श्वभूमीवर शक्तीदेवी मुर्तीची प्रतिष्ठापना मिरवणूकीने होत असते, या कालावधीत शक्तीदेवीची पुजाअर्चा, विविध प्रकारचे कार्यक्रम व विसर्जन मिरवणूका काढण्यात येतात. दि. 15ऑक्टोबर ते 24ऑक्टोबर या कालावधीत जिल्ह्यात (पोलीस आयुक्तालय सोलापूर शहर हद्द वगळून ) विना परवाना, मिरवणूका, मोर्चे, निदर्शने, पदयात्रा, वाद्य, गायन, वाद्य संगीत, गोंगाट करण्यास महाराष्ट्र पोलीस अधिनियम 1951 चे कलम 36, 38 अन्वये प्राप्त झालेल्या अधिकारान्वये मनाई करण्यात आल्याचे आदेश जिल्हा पोलीस अधिक्षक शिरीष सरदेशपांडे यांनी जाहीर केला आहे.
जिल्हयातील सर्व पोलीस ठाणे स्वाधीन असलेले पोलीस ठाणे अंमलदार व त्यांच्या वरिष्ठ अधिका-यांना म.पो.का. 1951 चे कलम 36 (क ते च), 38 पोट कलम 2 अन्वये मोर्चे, मिरवणूका,निदर्शने, पदयात्रा, गोंगाटास, आवाजास मनाई करण्यासाठी त्यांचे नियंत्रण व विनियमन करण्यासाठी त्यास योग्य वाटतील अशा सुचना कोणत्याही व्यक्तीस देण्यासाठी आधिकार देत आहे. कोणत्याही इसमाने सदरचा आदेश लागू असे पर्यंत जिल्हयात (पोलीस आयुक्तालय, सोलापूर शहर हद्द वगळून) वाद्य, गायन, वाद्य संगीत साधन, पात्र ज्यातून प्रतिध्वनी निर्माण होईल असे यंत्र ज्यातून आवाज निर्माण होतो असा व्यवसाय किंवा कार्यक्रम संबंधीत ठाणेदार किंवा त्यांच्यापेक्षा वरिष्ठ अधिका-यांकडून परवानगी घेतल्याशिवाय वाजविता येणार नाही. असेही आदेशात म्हटले आहे.
मिरवणूका, मोर्चे, निदर्शने, पदयात्रा इत्यादी कार्यक्रम संबंधित ठाणेदार किंवा त्यापेक्षा वरिष्ठांकडुन तारीख व वेळासंबंधी सभेची जागा, मिरवणूका मार्ग, मोर्चे मार्ग त्यात दिल्या जाणा-या घोषणांचा अंतर्भाव निश्चित केल्याशिवाय आयोजित करु नये. जाहिर सभा, मिरवणूका, मोर्चे, पदयात्रेत समायोचित घोषणा सोडून किंवा ज्या घोषणांनी शांततेस व सुव्यवस्थेस बाधा होवू शकते, अशा घोषणा देवू नये.
सदर आदेश लग्नाच्या प्रसंगास व प्रेत यात्रेस लागू नाही. आदेशाचा भंग केल्यास तो महाराष्ट्र पोलीस अधिनियम 1951 चे कलम 136 अन्वये शिक्षेस पात्र राहिल. असेही आदेशात नमूद करण्यात आले आहे.

Retired Principal Shri. Umakant B. Chanshetti Existing Principal played an important role in the College Administration. His successful important roles are as under.
1) Shri. Umakant B. Chanshetti the existing Principal has knowingly and knowingly delayed the salary of Backward Class Professor Dr. Haridas Jogdankar along with interest as per court order of more than Rs. 2,37,42,000/= (Rupees. Two Crores Thirty Seven Lack Forty Two Thousand Only) upto year end 31/03/2023
2) In the year 2021, Principal Shri. Umakant B. Chanshetti did some works of the college by collected undue influence a total of upto Rs. 8,00,000/= (Rs. Eight Lakh only) as a subscription of Rs. 25,000/= (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand only) rupees each from all the faculty members except me. All the faculty members except me have paid the said amount to Principal Shri. Umakant B. Chanshetti for fear of dismissal.
3) Existing Principal Shri. Umakant B. Chanshetti has collected undue influence a total of upto Rs. 72,00,000/= (Rs. Seventy Two Lakhs only ) of rupees from all the faculty members and non-teaching staff of the college apart from me in the year 2022-23 as salary of one month each and given to the above members of educational institution Shikshan Prasarak Mandal Andur. All the faculty members except me have given the said amount to Principal Shri. Umakant B. Chanshetti and the representative of the Shikshan prasarak Mandal Andur for fear of dismissal.
4) Existing Principal Shri. Umakant B. Chanshetti has collected undue influence a total of upto Rs. 62,00,000/= (Rs. Sixty Two Lakhs only) of rupees from all the faculty members and non-teaching staff of the college apart from me in the year 2023 years as two lakh rupees each and given to the above members of educational institution Shikshan Prasarak Mandal Andur. All the faculty members except me have given the said amount to Principal Shri. Umakant B. Chanshetti and the representative of the Shikshan prasarak Mandal Andur for fear of dismissal.
5) Existing Principal Shri. Umakant B. Chanshetti has covered up all the corruption done by the previous Principal, ie. Smt. Anita Kashinath Mudkanna and her Three Colleagues the then principal of the Jawahar Arts, Science and Commerce College, Embezzled nearly Rs 12,00,000/- (Rs. Twelve Lakhs and so more.) in grants from the University Grants Commission during April 2011 to March 2013 . Some evidence of this corruption is available to the applicant. The than Principal Anita Kashinath Mudkanna Stared Harassing the Applicant on purpose to destroy the Evidence Corruption. Anita Mudkanna and her Three Colleagues created a problem by illegally deducting the salary of the applicant and discrediting the applicant.
6) Existing Principal Shri. Umakant B. Chanshetti seems to act like a founder and a dictator rather than a Principal.
7) Existing Principal Shri. Umakant B. Chanshetti is constantly angry with the college students. They always use abusive language to the students. They are constantly shouting and creating chaos in the college.
8) Principal Shri. Umakant B. Chanshetti has no sympathy for the employee. Because Shri. Umakant B. Chanshetti is the principal behind the money. Working with the aim of getting money to himself and the directors of the Shikshan Prasarak Mandal Andur at any cost.
